ACM Corporate Services Limite<\/strong>d is licensed by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to provide international corporate services as described under the \u201cInternational Corporate Service Providers Act, 2003\u201d. Our core business is the formation and administration of offshore companies, mainly International Business Companies (IBC) and Company Special Licence (CSL).<\/p>\n

ACM & Associates<\/strong> : Auditing , Accounting and taxation services.<\/p>\n

ACM Consultants<\/strong> is a one-stop shop for investors in Seychelles, providing cost-effective and efficient solutions in business advisory duties including domestic company secretarial services and administration.[\/vc_column_text]

Jean-Marie Moutia<\/strong> \u2013 A Certified Accountant, FCCA and also a Director of ACM & Associates which he founded in 1999. He worked for a number of years in Ireland where he acquired much of his accounting and taxation experience, having worked both in industry and practice.<\/p>\n

Danielle Chang Leng<\/strong> \u2013 A Graduate in Accounting, UK University. Worked three years as Financial Controller, Development Bank of Seychelles then moved on to Barclays Bank where she acquired extensive knowledge of Banking, Finance and IT during her 14 years of service. She occupied the post of Head of IT & Card Centre until she left in May 2003.<\/p>\n

Francis Chang Leng<\/strong> \u2013 Former Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Finance and Governor of the Central Bank. After 25 years in the banking industry, he joined the ACM group in December 2008.<\/p>\n

Brigitte Savy<\/strong> is the Client Services Manager.
